YES, there are certain foods & supplements that reduce inflammation.

Get a book or two about it. I bought this one so far, but I must have the version right before this because the cover is different from THIS one:

Fatty-fish, that for me is the best at reducing inflammation.

And a close second is what I avoid or limit..........sugar, too many carbs, megadoses of Omega-6 that are mainly found in vegetable-oils, certain dairy-products eaten too often, such as aged-cheeses.

Turmeric supports a healthy inflammation response, and forms that are hydro-soluble absorb better.
