I wouldn't worry about these things, but Joel Skousen is very smart, and a good listen. Although, he may be another "controlled" guy that has a business of selling housing to the super rich. His intentions might not be so pure here.
I think the thing that helps Syracuse in comparison to those 3 states is the fresh water aspect. Plenty to go around and it doesn’t get much in the way of extreme natural disasters.
