Their quality is also better than most places, I know in Vegas that scheduling an appointment is a nightmare (usually booked for several days) and they have a very uncaring attitude.

Nevada leads the nation in malpractice rates--to the point were qualified doctors and surgeons are leaving for other places--mostly California
