Interesting Article about Rosewood Heights closing. Although the building is ugly, I think it would be a great place for SUNY Upstate Medical University to buy, given the proximity to its campus!

I've never even heard it, much less remember seeing it. I'll take your (and the article's) word for it, that it's ugly. lol

Is it that place that's kind of like a mini Brighton Towers, but on the other side and further down the hill a bit (the other side of the overpass)? I think the closest intersection would be Brighton and Ainsley? I've noticed that, umm... compound-looking area/buildings and never thought much of anything about it. I think I cut up from the south side once to that little light they have... windy and dark and people were walking wherever they felt like, right in the road. lol - I'll never take that way again!

Rosewood Heights is just north of the main SU campus, near Harrison Street if I'm remembering correctly.

If I remember correctly is located on the northeast or northwest corner of Adams and Crouse Streets. In any case, I could not agree more with Syracuser suggestion. I could make an ideal dorm for SUNY Upstate Medical University or SU which are facing some tight land challenges. Great location!!!

I agree that Upstate could put that building to good use. I pass it sometimes on my way to the Warehouse from campus on Crouse, between Adams and Harrison.
