I also have an iPod Touch does run apps. I was referring to the old iPod Nano (3rd generation or so), not the touch. The one I have is the second generation one without the camera, but it has Wi-Fi capability, so I can use it to check my mail, surf the Internet and so forth. I got all kinds of apps on it.
