to watch HD videos on amazon video, samsung galaxy fails, HD isn't available there, the amazon kindle fire fails, the quality is poor, the I-Pad fails since amazon told me HD isn't available, I am looking for 7 inch tablet that will let me watch HD on amazon video with the best quality possible, not some crap you can see the pixels, my PS Vita looks really good on Netflix but amazon video isn't available there, I'm sure the reason why the quality looks really good since the screen is so small

How good do you expect HD to look on a 7 inch tablet? Also I've never seen pixels on any device.
You are totally over thinking this.

Have you looked into the Fire HDX 8.9? Bought one for my father, it's well integrated into the Amazon ecosystem and has a 339ppi display.

Two others worth mentioning are the Google Pixel C and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.

An iPad mini w/retina display. Might be able to find one for $200. I bought a $50 Amazon Fire tablet to take to the gym and rough up, so to speak, and it does well with streaming video.

I'd go with either the Fire HDX 8.9 to stick with the Amazon ecosystem. That's a simple solution.

You can watch amazon prime video on android tablets such as your Samsung Galaxy. I would check it out and see if it is sufficient before spending more money.

I recently got one, and am very happy with it. I use a Surface at work, and it's fine for that but too big for running around with, and the phone is too small. The Ipad mini is just a great overall size and performs well. I got it for $100 on a special deal when upgrading my phone.

I use a Source Pro 3 and it occasionally freezes or loses it cursor. I think part of the problem is I use the sleep mode. Another could be anti virus software programs. It also fails to start wifi sometimes when you start the computer. I can fix all of these so not a big problem for me.
