I recently made a post here asking about Phillips international Drive in another post, with other questions about surrounding area. CraigM responded with some great information about Phillips international drive which is definitely heading up my list of places I am interested in. But I may have cut short the amount of feedback I would get with my thread title.
So I figured I would give it another try to see if I could get some more feedback from people in this area. I know a lot of the "apartment ratings" are from vindictive people and you usually only see the negative, but some honest feedback form tenants around this area would be helpful as well
. We are trying to get more in a non rundown place if possible.
So here is some information to help narrow down if you have any suggestions please send them this way!
Apartment or a house
1 27 yo couplepossibly a third roommate as well
within 3-5 mile radius of International mall and West shore mall (where we both work)
Budget >= $1000 (or $500/person if 3rd person moves in)Tryign to keep at $1,200 or below for all living expenses (Water/Gas/Electric)
Items Necessary
Allow grills, or has a place to utilize my own grill (I do 85% of my cooking on a grill)
W/D included or hookup for W/D
Parking is not a hassle
Items strongly preferred
Items that would be nice but not a big deal
Basketball court
Tennis court
