my husband and i are from long island NY and sick of paying 75% of our salaries to mortgage and property taxes. went to visit terra vista, loved it....saw a couple of families but not many. we are very social and would like to make friends our age - we are early 30's with no kids but will in the next couple of years. even if there were 30 somethings in the county, that is ok as long as they are somewhere
