Relocating back to Tampa w/ the family after a 10 yr. hiatus in Birmingham, AL. Like both subdivisions a whole lot & I know both are very different from each other & in 2 different locations. Like the exclusivity of Avila & its amenities, but like the quaintness and waterfront area of Bayside. Would like to hear opinions on either. Thank you.
