Not the same Dr. Murphy as mentioned above. I highly recommend Dr. Joel Murphy of The Animal and Bird Medical Center of Palm Harbor

I traveled all the way from Naples Florida to go to an avian specialist and mistakenly ended up at the wrong hospital. Dr. Katherine Murphy is not an avian veterinarian and they do not have an avian veterinarian at the hospital on Sunset Point road. I finally found Dr. Joel Murphy at the Animal & Bird Medical Center of Palm Harbor who is a renown avian specialist. He was able to diagnose and treat my Pepe´s problem. I had already been to 4 veterinarians who could not figure out what his problem was so I knew I needed an real avian specialist not just a vet that sees birds without any advanced training or knowledge.
