Thanks to the real world experiences in here I am starting to rule PH out. Safety harbor seems like a better option.

Alright say I want to keep the commute at 30 minutes or less with the 7pm and 7am commute times in place. What would be good options? Is SH 30 minutes?

I really appreciate you guys for chiming in.

So just wanted to follow up on our 3 drives to and from TGH from Eastlake. The drive is about 45 minutes on a consistant basis. The drive is definately a drive to pay attention since it's not 1 or 2 roads as some have mentioned. In the end we decided to rent a house in Safety Harbor for about the same cost as some of the condos/apartments in the eastlake area. From our rental in SH it is 25-30 minutes which is much better.

Dunedin downtown is awesome...just saying! :-) and to anyone who is looking for places in the PH, SH and Dunedin area I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Dunedin since it is an easy walk to downtown and the piers.

Thanks all for the input and help.

Congrats. Thanks for the feed back. I think you made excellent decision. I would like to mention that now that the snow birds are gone and school is closed, in general there is a 5 to 10 minutes difference from normal trafic at this time of the year, at least for me. So, your choice is good.

Welcome!

Thanks for the welcome. It looks like my daughter will be going to Curlew Creek and from some research I am glad.

Living in this area, there is no way to get from point a to point be efficiently, it's traffic light after traffic light
