That's in NetPark... dont you know where you are going to work? NetPark is an old failed mall that they gutted and turned into a bunch of space for call centers.

The mall closed because it was in the ghetto and frequented by thugs and bums due to a change in demographics in the area. It went downhill fast in the 80's and 90's.

No i don't know where I'm going to work, thats why I'm looking into the area. There are a few branches that we could end up at.
It might be FW or SA texas, Tampa, Columbus, or a few other places.

So I have been looking into a few seeing which one would be the most attractive for our family.

A lot of malls have closed for similar reasons. I feel for the displaced gap workers, of course, but I wouldn't plan on jogging around the area and having picnics at random places around the facility..just drive in and work there, then go home.

The newer construction east and closest to your target area is going to be found in Dover, Seffner, and Valrico. In addition to the previous, I think you've already discovered that the majority of newer homes is located in the furthest areas north of Tampa in New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Zephyrhills and south of Tampa in Riverview, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Gibsonton.
