Is there a hair-salon in the Tampa area that would consider cutting hair for a worthy cause?
A friend of mine is considering donating her long hair for a good cause and am trying to find a place where they accept this kinda donation.

Someone mentioned Magnolias Hair Salon at Moffitt but am not sure if they have staff in-place to receive visitors, it seems solely for patients and their families.

Can always send it to locks of love - some salons will do this for you... but it has to be undyed/non chemicaled hair.

A few months ago I heard on Baynews9, I think, that Locks of Love sells most of the hair they receive. I'm fairly sure that if you follow the form guidelines on their site that any stylist can do the cut. The internet is our friend (tee-hee!) --> Locks of Love

Thanks but I was looking for a place that would cut your hair or maybe charge a less fee for donating your hair.

I've never heard of a salon who will charge less just because you're donating your hair.
