Thank you everybody for your responses. I had a feeling I wouldn't be able to find what I want. My girlfriend and I have been in love with the Tampa/St. Pete area for a few years now. We go there on our vacations to visit the beaches, not to mention there is so much to do around town. We would like to move there, but we won't if it's in a bad area. We appreciate everyone's responses, advice, tips, and information.

@Housingcrashsurvivour We will take a look at those as soon as possible. Thank you so much for looking for these!

@PhotoProIP We live in Florida. We rent a 2 bedroom apartment for $700 with three animals and it is a really nice place. A pool, gated community, security cameras, and it's in a good area. The rent for a two bedroom Winter Haven (in the good areas) ranges anywhere between $600 and $1000. It is really nice here. If we wanted to, we could pay off our debt here no problem, but we want to move, get a fresh start in a sense. I know how expensive kids can be and I have a complete understanding of our finances. I know how much we can handle and how far we can go. Honestly, my dog costs more than my daughter sometimes haha.

Down payments we can handle. We expect a large sum for down payments and we are prepared. It's just the month to month payments that we are focused on
