I do. 47 at my house this morning, but SUNNY. The sun really helps and while I found it chilly and would prefer 70's for winter highs, I have to say a morning low of 47 with sunshine ain't all that bad compared to up nawth......when in jeans and a sweatshirt.

My wife came back from Nashville last night a she said after that, she says NO WAY would she EVER move nawth again......and that isn't even as bad as it gets further nawth.

It was a very bitter 2 degrees when I left for work this morning and the extra layers didn't help. But I know there are areas that are MUCH worse so just as you guys down there can't imagine being in this ridiculous cold, I can't imagine living somewhere where it's worse than I have it, lol

Bucfan, great pics. My friends in Tallahassee, where I understand tends to get much colder, say they have a hard time finding an ice scraper to purchase. Now that is a problem I'd like to have, living in an area where it's not common to need one!

Good thing i still have my ice scraper in my car that i had from Ohio, hopefully i won't need to use it! And while this cold does suck, at least we have plenty of sunshine which makes it alot more tolerable as compared to up north that barely sees the sun this time of year.

You and Prius made a good point - the cold is much more tolerable when the sun is out. That one day it was 42 *and* sunny was beautiful here. What a difference!

Hey, hold on to that ice scraper, could be worth something, lol
