Anyone who gets depressed after only two days of overcast skies needs professional help.

Just to help you out a little Spring Hillian look at my sunshine % totals over the last few days of Dec. This is caused by over running, the pattern has changed compared to the very very warm fall with a flat pattern. As i told you guys back this last summer, this winter will be colder than the last 2 winters.

Historical records of weather performance to me is about as relevant as the historical price of a bushel of corn. I live for the day, not the past. Today is a miserable nasty day. What the weahter was was on this date in 1983 makes no difference to me. I look forward to better weather in the coming days.

Maybe more sun, if the upper levels can dip enough maybe even around 32 in your hood next week.

I was out in this all day, drove to Tampa, then to Kissimmee, and then back home. I didn't mind it, it's a nice change from the normal.

It reminded me of being up north, and I told the guy at our network operations center as much when he asked me how the weather was down here today.

Expect a sharp jolt of cold for Friday, then a rapid warmup for the weekend then back down off and on for next week. This is what a normal Jan should be like, not warm for 10 days at a time like we saw this last fall.
