The area West of I-75 and South of HWY 54/56 is the section for the Outlet Mall and that has been tied up in the courts. It has since been given the green light. The only issue that was at stake was that some turtles used it during their travels. Honestly.
The area where the hockey/skating/Speed Skating rinks and arenas are being proposed is also West of I-75, but North of HWY 56 and East of HWY 54 (the section where HWY 54 goes North. It has been a farmers field since I have been here.
