This apartment complex looks nice with the one story apartments, garage, lanai-- almost like duplexes not apartments. Pics look nice.
Can those in SH confirm if it is a nice complex, nice area of town?
Moving to SH in 4 weeks!

They used to be called Suncoast Villas back when my family and I moved to Spring Hill over a decade ago. They were nice apartments … almost like mini-houses. They are not in a bad area, and are convienient to shopping. I will say, however, that back then the management was pretty crooked. When the apartments were brand-new, they had very cheap materials on the inside - carpeted floors and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. When a person's lease was up, they would not return the deposit, claiming that the flooring needed replacing. Our carpet had normal wear on it, as did the carpets of all our neighbors who left, and the same thing happened - they would take our deposit and then upgrade the apartments with tile flooring and screened porches! That was my only complaint.

All complexes do that.
