Several questions-Thanks for your input in advance.

1. So far I have researched that the Seminole area has a better school district for public schools. Can anyone shed light on the district from a personal experience. Also, what other locations would you recommend for living considering public schools. I really want to stay on the Tampa Bay side.

2. Do most people commute into Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa for work?

3. Are you familiar with companies that will assist with relocation?

4. What living areas (Condos) would you recommend that are the gulf bay around the Seminole area.

5. What should I know about living in the Tampa Bay area that will help me make the transition?

Love Seminole, been here since 2000
Many people live and work locally in schools, medical, some of the places along US19 and some of the e/w routes, but many do travel farther afield to tampa, even Lakeland !
Not sure what you mean by Q3
Not sure what you are looking for, not many 3 bedroom condos, if you are looking at schools thinking you have family?
Many 2 bed condos locally, Costa Del Sol is nice in Seminole about five mins to beach. But I think they are only 2/1s
Dont know where you are, so hard to say what you need to know about the area

I'd highly suggest not moving into Tampa Bay. I heard the water can get pretty rough out there.

LOL!!!

Yes, just be aware of the differences between "Tampa" and "Tampa Bay". "Tampa" is the actual city and would be a long commute from Seminole (Pinellas County), especially in rush-hour traffic. "Tampa Bay" refers to the large body of water between Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. "Tampa Bay" may also refer to the general area, but it makes no sense to say that you want to be on the "Tampa Bay side".

The real consideration is do you want to live on the Pinellas or Hillsborough side? Pasco (to the north) or Manatee (to the south) Counties are also in the "Tampa Bay" area. I think the best answer is, "I want to live in the same county as my job because commute times in traffic really suck in the Tampa Bay area."
