I don't know about mobile homes, as most are small 2bedroom homes worth under 30k. Look at the yards with junk in them and cars that are wrecked in the yards and that should tell ya it's bed.

Can u provide a link to some R.E. sites that have such listings? Can u provide a link to a street view or other video depicting the condition u are writing about?

I totally agree that an area and the area for several miles in each direction must be researched and personally viewed before even considering an area.

My only experience with Holiday is from a time where I passed through on US 19 Can u provide a link to a street view or other video depicting the condition u are writing about?

Anyone driving through the area can tell it's a dump. It starts in Holiday and goes all the way up to, and including Spring Hill. That whole corridor is a dump. I feel bad for a lot of the seniors who are stuck there. It was probably a well kept low to moderate income retirement community at one time. The OP said they scratched it off their list which is a good thing.

My nephews father inlaw just bought a house in holidy and I have been to it for a gathering. I had to go to the store and got lost, I seen first hand the shacks, and slum looking homes ith junk and beat up cars in the lawn. And the people look like meth heads. And my nephews father inlaw house has a septic system. I am not blind and I tell you Holidy is a dump. I would not let my orst enemy stay there. Don't believe me take a drive I don't have to prove anything I can see quite well I'm not Steve Wonder.
