That's precious, racist=doesn't like certain people. I don't know I am not a realtor didn't take that 12 hour class or whatever it is, the buyers are just trying to get their deposit back seems like a valid argument to me. Personally I already am the only minority in my block although not sure my neighbors realize it, my neighbors are fine but I would cherish that kind of guy moving next to me that would be so fun, it would probably end up badly for both of us but the good times we would have.

I never typed it was south Tampa. Never even think about that island. I know where the border ends at Ray jay. I don't count Davis islands as south Tampa.

Default Misinformed

Regardless of the hatred, the premise is misplaced.

From experience when Asians move it neighbourhood values go up. Actually it's so bad in Atlanta, Chicago, DC, Dallas, Houston, SFO etc. areas - prices went from mid 200's to 600 range as Asians move in, schools got better, more professional asians want to move.

Personally I want to say in that area (me being asian besides the point), as typically they are professionals and highly law abiding citizens.

As a rule of thumb, if you don't know which is the safest area in the city or best schools - go where Indian/Chinees/Korean families live Peace.

I can assure you, nobody really cares what you "count" different parts of the city.

As do what others think about what you type. I have lived here longer and know more. Anytime anyone says anything about Tampa you type your 2 cents like you are better than anyone else.

I don't know about actual limits, I am sure technically is not south Tampa, but they are certainly part of the south Tampa community, they go to south Tampa schools, youth sports, etc.
