Can somebody rank these for me... And if you've had experience with either, how was it?

Looking for main living area furniture since we finally had our POD delivered and the couch is especially caput. Should have sold it in NY instead of storing it for two years.

Haverty's
Hudson's

Also, any experience with La-z-Boy or Flexsteel???

I'm looking for something in-between Rooms To Go and Ethan Allen... The kids are still young and I would love more Ethan Allen in the house but not until they are older (learning the hard way on that). If I can get 10-15 years out of the furniture without worrying about it that would be great.

Thanks!

Here is a place we used for our furnishings in our just completed florida sunroom.

We were satisfied with the quality.

We bought Ashley furniture years ago and it lasted quite well until we sold it before moving into the RV.

We bought many pieces from Kane's but very disappointed with their warranty on 2 leather items that disintegrated. I will never buy from Kane's again.

We went to Kane's for our bedroom furniture and Family Room had a great experience and have been very happy with our Furniture...WE went into Haverty's in new port Richey as they are the largest store...we had phenominal service but they didn't have what we are looking for so the sales gal and the Designer have been searching for what I am looking for and I must tell you I have never had such customer service ever in a Furniture store...Hudson's I found very expensive...

Love Lazy Boy-we bought our couch and loveseat there 3500.00 and bought it in 2010 and it went from Florida to NY in 2012 and my sister just got rid of it a few months ago and she had little kids and it survived my kids and hers...I have to say that was the Best Purchase we had ever made...But our Couch from Kane's is so beautiful and comfy that we are very heppy with that too..Our whole house in NC and NJ was Ashley and Will NEVER buy from them again...

Looking at leather furniture is a serious consideration... Had a set about ten years ago but sold it in another move. The hard part buying leather as you know is getting something of quality that has some real heft and won't stain your clothing, especially after conditioning it. Thank you for the recommendation, we will check it out.

Good to know, thank tou. I too heard to stay away from Ashley by a friend, but some forums online only buy there... I think you either love it or hate it.

Try "Room Exchange" consignment shop. They have some really nice furniture there and at good prices.
