Tampa is considered low wage. I'm currently studying to be an Urban Planner and the median income for a planner is in the U.S. is like 60,000.00 but in Florida it's somewhere around 40,000.00. Then again the cost of living is sooo much cheaper here. You can live on nothing in a good area if you know how and don't have kids.

Even if they are paying that much you will be working 50 to 60 hours a week and you better get along with the general manager. There has to be a reason they keep hiring managers maybe they can’t keep them because of what is expected of them after all this is retail.

Maybe it's because they went from zero stores to 130+ in the state of Florida in 4.5 years and are still going with no end in sight?

Could be but it’s still retail i guess it better than nothing but Florida needs more manufacturing jobs imo like a Johnson controls, or a Bosch, or Lear manufacturing these types of jobs.
