I was originally looking in Ruskin and decided to look in Riverview instead as it is closer to Brandon amd basically more storess. I looked up Summerfield and wanted to know if it is a nice neighborhood to live in? It seems rather large abd wanted to know how is the HOA, yard maintenance, qnd crime? Is it a nice neighborhood that is well kept? It also seems to be without a CDD which is nice. Ruskin seems a little bit far and more stores seems to becoming around 301 and big bend.

You're moving closer to civilization. Summerfield has been around for ages. I remember playing golf out there before some of the homes where even built. You can research crime via the sheriff's site. There is a ton of morning traffic on Big Bend accessing I75 the returning off 75 every pm. The DOT will be constructing major improvements in the next 2-3 yrs. Lots of conveniences nearby grocery, ymca, Panera, gas, dental, hospital, etc. Brandon isnt too far. Area is getting ver congested with traffic. In 10 yrs population expected to dramatically increase some more so be forewarned.
