We are leaving Utah (very poor salaries for professionals and high cost of living) and moving back to Florida soon. I am originally from Florida. Need solid information on the nicer places to reside in the Tampa area. Prefer to rent initially before we buy. Management professional with criminal justice background working in emergency management. Wife is professional as well. Thanks!

Thanks...Yes, Utah is a difficult place to carve out a living these days. Huge number of highly educated folks along the Wasatch Front (Ogden, SLC, Provo, etc.) and more people coming in. Salaries are still low and the cost of living high. Don't understand it. Thanks again.
