I will be traveling to the Tampa Bay area for work (will have the weekends free). I will be there almost the entire month of January, and maybe many more trips or possibly move. I am just looking for things to do for fun, places to see, good beaches to go to, good nightlife, etc. etc. I am planning on going to Orlando one weekend. I am just wondering what information people have on the area and things to do..local places to see. Also if there are any really good must see places that could make a nice little weekend trip. I am planning on staying at a hotel in Brandon, so if you have some good information on the area as well, it would be appreciated. Also, are there many tolls? I have an EZ Pass and I am wondering if that will work. Thanks!

There are lots of places to see in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Check out Ybor City (great spanish food), Tarpon Springs sponge docks plus great greek food, Sarasota St Armand Key and Longboat key plus a great Amish restaurant, Beaches galore from Dunedin with a quaint downtown and Caladesi Island (see photo thread) to S.
