Hello!

I currently live in St. Pete, FL. And Ive lived here all my 23 years of existence. I am getting married soon and my fiance and I have been discussing possible places to purchase a house (or an apartment)

So since I have lived in a bigger city for so long, I feel its time to settle down and get away from all the noise, traffic, and trouble.

Now I don't want to be deep in the woods but I also don't wanna be surrounded by tall buildings and traffic. My dream area is like what you see in movies...big houses, nice neighborhood, everyone knows each other and my biggest priority is the crime rate is low. I've been told Riverview is a decent place...I've only passed through a few times and didn't get to take a closer look. But from what I saw that would be a nice area.

Sorry for the long post, I have been having trouble finding a nice place and honestly I don't have the time or patients...I heep help!

Thank you so much for all the help!
Angela & Sean

Riverview and Valrico are both good.
And since there has been so much growth in the last 15 years, there are plenty of good deals out there as well. Remeber to look at flood plains and schools. I live our schools in Valrico. Buckhorn EL, Mulrennan Middle, and Durant HS. Diverse and open and friendly and safe. The more west you go - the more you loose that.
