I may be taking a job out of state in the next couple of months and, if so, would be in desperate need to find a great realtor. Any recommendations for a great Listing Agent? Obviously, I am worried about the current housing market, taking a major loss (since we have only owned this house for a year and a half), and selling it fairly quick. I really don't want to have to pay for two residences for any longer than I have to. Thanks a head of time for any help you have.
