Yes, I know the program is used differently, I would never suggest otherwise (it was a response to those who were concerned about it as a program(. What I don't understand is the implication that number sense/place value excludes TouchMath? Perhaps I read that wrong, but you implied that TouchMath, a program, meant number sense or place value is not taught. What district would not teach such concepts? Or is this a case of subbing and not seeing past coursework?
