Yea in Wisconsin, not here in Tennessee I hope lol. I saw the farmers almanac predictions too. The whole country is looking for a cold/cool and snowy/wet winter. Maybe this is the winter to plan a trip down to Florida.

Hotter then average summer usually means colder then average winters.

I wouldn't be surprised about a very cold winter

Default this winter-chilly and wet

I.m ready for the chilly-don't care for wet, but the water level could stand some improvement due to years of substandard rainfall. I don't have any idea as to the success record of The Farmer's Almanac insofar as weather is concerned.
