I meant El Paso & The Valley. El Paso's unemployment rate is just surreal for Texas standards. The Coastal Areas took a beating too (minus Houston area). Beaumont has been struggling for a good time now.
Midland & Odessa are prosperous and rich cities, trust me I know. They're not going to have any hardships.
