The best meat you can eat anywhere is a 100 -150lb wild hog that has been eating acorns. When you dress it out, take a hack saw and cut right down through the backbone (vertically) to create the pork chops. Oh man, I'm making myself hungry. No place like East Texas for hog hunting.
