Sorry about that ronnie! You are right. Anyways, i think you probably be better off in idaho. You have lived in a lot of states. If they did t make you happy, then i honestly dont see what Texas has that would make anything different.

I am pretty sure of the area I am looking into, I just wanted to find out if anyone had any good job advice for nurses in the DFW area. Specifically, LPN's (LVN) there in TX. I know there are a lot of outerlying cities in the DFW area, I have to find out which ones are better than others. I have friends in Irving who love it there. Might see about that area.

Work in Texas [dot] jobs

I think the best way to narrow down your search is to find where the jobs are. You will want a short commute anywhere in DFW. Traffic is terrible here, and commuting from the sticks to town would make life extremely stressful.

I know Dallas is huge, and there's so much there....I was leaning more towards the Ft. Worth area, and the outerlying areas there. Not too sure which way I should swing. I guess my next step is to see where the jobs are in each of these areas.
Is the healthcare economy for jobs pretty fairly good still in the DFW area? I know with everything that's been going on recently with all the insurance changes etc, that there have been alot less jobs here. Just curious.
