Suing for 100 million. Wow, that was quick. I'm certain they haven't even had a chance to bury him.

It's not clear that he froze to death - the autopsy hasn't been completed.

BUT. If you're in a trailer where the parents and other children survive but a healthy 11 year old freezes to death overnight, that's on the parents. If the parents lived through it, they could have had the boy in bed with them and all would have survived.

Sad. But really. That's negligence.
