What places sell "donuts filled with ice cream" in a "large city" in Texas? Long shot, but asking if anyone knows.

This was my first thought as well.

Nope! Just checked with their owner; not who I'm looking for. It's formally not them, even though they do what I asked about.

What I'm looking for is a business in TX that:

Has been open around three or four years as of 2021.
Is owned by a 28 year old.
Has only one location.
Is in TX, "in big city" (is all I know for location).
And has employees that "make the donuts and fill the donuts with a special tool. Kind of like a frosting squirrel used for cakes but it's ice cream. Sealed."

Any other places? Long story short, this person gave great and friendly business advice on an anonymous forum and I've been trying for many hours a day to find them and contact them. I'm desperate at this point.

Do you have link to the anonymous advice that person gave?

No, sorry. It was on an online forum that has posts disappear after a small number of hours if there's no more activity in the thread.
