My daughter recently graduated college and took her first job in Virginia, she has her car with her but it’s under my name and her registration/inspection is due for renewal. In order to register it there, she needs title in her name. If you are familiar with the process, please advice how to proceed so it’s not too much trouble for her.

You just need to complete a bill of sale/gift to her and then she registers it in her name there.

She'll likely need the physical copy of the title signed over to her, so you might have to do a UPS/FedEx with that title
