Hi! I'm an Easterner that recently relocated from the Philly area to OKC looking for work so I'm new to the culture of the region. I'm an unemployed Civil Engineer looking for work in oil and gas but open and creative to explore employment in other industries. Texans, I would like to hear about your thoughts on comparing the Oklahoma job market vs. Texas and comparisons between Dallas and Houston, San Antonio. I'm on a month to month apartment lease here and can bail out at any moment to anywhere. I feel I may be limiting myself to just OKC. One other comment, nice folks down here in OKC but have to admit from spending time here and past in Texas, Texas women seem a little more fun and outgoing with out of staters than the locals in OKC. Big town here in OKC but a little bit small townish and cliquish like rural Penna. towns. Had a blast in Fort Worth and Houston in past. Sorry if this is a repost of such but slightly new because from OKC.
