On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being utter torment, how would you rate living in Mississauga and commuting to the downtown core? Experiences with public transit and driving appreciated.
In terms of the number of hours per day spent on the commute, what is a ball park figure.
Depends how early you leave and where in Mississauga you're coming from. I used to commute from the very northwest corner of the city and it would usually take 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic using the GO Bus. If you live along Lakeshore you'll be looking at 20-30 minute commute times through light rail. (GO train)
From Southern Miss i'd rate it a 9, central a 7, and northern a 6.
