Skylon Tower is really good.

As for me, I usually take a casino bus from Hamilton to the Falls,
part of the deal is I get a free meal voucher for Fallsview Casino all you can eat buffet.
There are window tables with good views of the falls, maybe there are
other places with even better views but the bus deal works for me.

Appareently Elements on the Falls Restaurant has great views so I've heard.

The revolving restaurant in the skylon is something I've always wanted to check out. Menu is pricey by my standards but I think it'd be worth it for the experience. (aslong as I was directly next to the window.)
