Places to stay other than a hotel? (dorms, university)

I've come across some ads on Craigslist with rooms equipped like a hotel sort of, fully furnished, internet everything pretty much, you pay daily, weekly or monthly and it's really cheap compared to a hotel. The only problem is there's almost none posted on Craigslist. Do you guys know any sites that have ads posted for these types of rooms?

So far I found one that is going for $35/night and $230/week on Eglinton.

Eglinton is a long street...........you could be anywhere from the west end of the city to the eastern reaches of Scarborough.

Have you looked into the short-term rates at the University of Toronto dorms?
