they were terribly very extremely annoying, where I actually wanted to hit the fricking vehicle!
lol. Yeah, when I first saw them, I thought they were annoying as well, especially if the driver will release the brake then brake again, it resets the flashing for another 10 seconds. It stops about about 5-10 seconds after the brake lights are on.

I cant imagine how annoying those stupid lights would be in heavy, stop-and-go traffic. UGH
