10 years ago, the local goverment handed over the mountain to a private developer for commercial development. The developer built some infrustructure on the mountain, and recently, they built a heart-shape glass platform on the mountain, just like this. I wonder if this is allowed in the U.S. ?

I am shamed that our rock-paint is a rip off of its American counterpart. Most of the tourist don't know this.
