Here's a link to the Social Security Fraud Hotline. You can remain anonymous if you want to.

Having worked for the Social Security Administration for 37 years I can tell you that "they" will certainly do something about it. I've investigated many SSA fraud cases over the years.

RobinD69, please make the call.

Then why didn't you go after the illegals using fake and stolen numbers? It would not be the hard to catch most of them, yet you did not did you?

Don't believe what Ketabcha tells you Robin... SS employees don't care about the American citizen, if the did they would be arresting illegals seven days a week....

Go to a SS office with a problem and see how they treat you....You will be lucky if your problem is fixed in months and if someone steals your SS number good luck getting them to help you fix that...

Like I said if an American is doing the same thing an illegal is doing and getting away with it GOOD for them! It's the only way a citizen will get ever justice from the FEDs....TAKE IT.

They will even see to it that you have to pay back taxes to the IRS on money earned by someone using you SS number...

Don't trust what any Federal employee tells you, hire your own Attorney if you want the truth.

I fell and fractured a vertebrae a few years ago. Treatment for it was 100% through Medicare. A couple of years later I received a call from an agency that had been given accounts to follow up on to investigate Medicare fraud. They were wanting to know how I received the injury and if anyone else was involved or at fault. I told them no, I slipped and fell on the ice--no other party was involved. So I can tell you first hand there IS follow up to root out fraud, at least in Medicare.

Thank you for reporting her. SS will follow up on your complaint. Might take awhile but they definitely will.

fraud.........

A county near me in central Minnesota hired a full time fraud investigator.

Soon the names, addresses, amounts of the fraud started appearing in the court section of the newspaper.

After a year, they reviewed the success of the hiring and stated the money spent on his salary and benefits was only a fraction of the amount of restitution that the court ordered the arrested frauds.

They kept the nvestigator.

The county determined the real savings came from the people who are reconsidering fraud cuz they don't want their names in the paper.
