Looks unobtrusive enough that it wouldn't hamper the duty of the officer. I think it is a great idea. This protects both the public, and maybe more importantly, the officer putting his life on the line.

Supermodels will now have a hard time carrying contraband under their clothes. Fugly people will have no problem stashing dynamite.
