Comments? Thoughts?
Not to bad, 30 days is plenty enough for him.

Now before you start howling and throwing dirt let me explain.

Our former state trooper is now a registered sex offender of the predatory kind. The worst of the worst and the day will come he will look back to his jail time as "the good ol' days" because the the rest of his life will be hell. His hell is only beginning.

Where is he going to live? Not near a school, school bus stop, playground, church or anywhere children congregate. If he is able to find a hovel that he can afford (doubtful) every neighbor within 1 mile will knew where he lives and what he did.

What would you do if this a-hole moved in next to you? Doubt he could, he will never be able to afford more than $100/mo rent, but what if he did?

In a month or two you will be able to Google his name and find out where he's living. Hundreds of thousands of people will and everyone will know.

Will he ever again have a job to support himself? I doubt he will ever again have a job, any job even the lowest minimum wage job shoveling pig droppings, in his life. Would you hire him? I sure wouldn't and nobody else will either. I seriously doubt he will ever be able to afford the junkiest car and dating a women.. pffffffffftttttttt!

He will never be able to get beyond his past crime and I believe his best chance for a happier life is to be in prison. At least in prison other prisoners will talk to you... beat the heck out of once they know what you did but at least there is a chance of some conversation.

I disagree. Many low paying jobs (I would say most fast food and gas station style jobs) don't ever do a background checks unless maybe if you move up into management. Sure, the may ask your permission to, but a lot of managers simply don't care enough to do it.

So all he has to do is move to an area where he is unknown and get a low paying job. Of course, anybody can also start a business. How many people ask the guy that does their landscaping if he's molested somebody before?

If millions of people that aren't even legal citizens can find ways of earning money, surely he can.
