Authorities say a Texas father who beat to death a man who tried molesting his 5-year-old daughter will not be charged.
Officials said the grand jury met Tuesday and declined to return an indictment against the father in the death of 47-year-old Jesus Mora Flores.
These post are so sad and disturbing! I think anyone would stop a predator from hurting/killing their child unless they were brain dead, BUT to not be understanding to how a father could accidently or PURPOSELY kill someone for penetrating their baby girl and almost killing her/ruining her entire sexuality, emotional system and adult life! I mean.....REALLY? I understand not being for murder, but how inhumane and disturbing are you (while lacking an inner justice system along with common sense) that you have no souls or passion to KILL for your child unjustly being raped at 5 or 6 yrs old?
Either defenders here are the "let me look at my barely legal/illegal porn" type of people(while feeling empathy for a baby raper) OR you are so DAM liberal you can't think straight anymore. Either way, I am glad I am not your child or neighbor!

I'm glad...I'm sure this whole situation for this family is horrible to say the least. Hopefully this family will receive some counseling and move forward.

That is what should happen to all sex offenders. They don't deserve the most basic levels of human rights. They're all scum and need to be disposed of. There's only one way to cure their "sickness." It's with a well placed bullet to their head, or in the dead scumbag's case, a well placed set of punches.
Glad the grand jury used common sense in this case. I'd happily buy the father several pitchers of beer of his choice!

Traumatic much? It turns a horrible experience (rape) into a majorly traumatic life altering event...
I don't care what your opinion is on other parts of this, I don't agree with you but you do it your way if your child is attacked like this.
However, the above bolded, PISSES ME OFF to no end. How DARE you state that this 4 year old child CAUSED this. SHE didn't CAUSE anything! What is wrong with you? She is an innocent four year old child. The POS who CAUSED this is the person who attacked her, THAT is who CAUSED this. I can NOT believe you actually blame the child for this!
You asked how I would "stop" someone raping my child?
I too would drag him off with my bare claws. He is a coward and unlikely to fight back, that is why he rapes children - they are easy prey.
I would then tend to my INJURED, RAPED baby.
I could give a sh(t if he managed to get away...thats a job for LE. I have more important things to worry about, like soothing my child and getting her to hospital.

So you kill the guy right? The next thing that is going to happen is mum gets put in some nice shiny handcuffs (again, I assume, in front of a traumatised baby) and thrown in jail...probably for months while the powers that be figure out what to do with you.
What happens to the baby? Who cares, the guy's dead right? The kid will get over not having a mother, eventually I suppose.
So while you're in jail for your short-sighted actions, your injured raped baby gets to be looked after by...who? A caring relative if you're very lucky, foster care if you aren't.

They don't rape children because they are cowards. These people are screwed up in the head. A coward is someone who is afraid of danger or risk.
You catch them in the act, there could be a very good chance they will fight back and they would have good reason to if they think they may have a chance of getting away with the crime.
I cant even imagine the shear terror that would be displayed on a child's face being in that situation. But I know it would be enough to make you want to beat the rapist until he stops moving. In this case, that's what he did, he didn't want the guy to die.
You would also let him run away? Really? To witness, and have a change to stop someone who you just watched commit a truly vicious felony? Knowing what they are capable of and just let them go? Give them the opportunity to do this to others, or even come back again. Kids want you to protect them, and if they see you let the bad guy go, that can be pretty bad to. Last time I checked with my kids, they want to make sure the bad people cant come back to hurt them.
I'd like to thank this father. If Jesus Mora Flores was not killed that day he'd most likely be out with no prison time and would likely hurt someone else if not many others. Jesus Mora Flores you can burn in hell.
