Kill somebody over a $150? Life is cheap to you. If you will kill somebody for that, you would probable kill them for taking your parking space.
I specifically added the part of someone breaking into your house and taking the items. Obviously you haven't encountered many bad people or situations in your life.
Just curious so if someone breaks into your home and tries to steal your $150 jewerly you don't think he should be shot?
Big difference between a situation where someone breaks into your home and you don't know what they intend to do (steal, rape, kill) vs. a woman who was trying to flee with $150 and it wasn't even 100% clear what the guy had purchased. (Escorts don't advertise sex...purchasers are just hoping...)
He didn't shoot her in the ankle to stop her...he shot her in the neck and paralyzed her. She died later.

As I said live is cheap to you. If you will kill somebody over a $150, you will kill somebody for anything. Violence will solve any problem for people like you.
Where did she say she promised him sex?
Maybe he paid her for conversation only, but wanted sex as part of the deal? /quote]
Another myth, that lonely men hire escorts just to "talk."
He should have done his research with the big head.
This is a common scam for dial-a-hookers, where they show up and take the money and run. The "driver" is ready to beat and maybe even kill the hapless chump if he resists, though his mere presence is usually enough. Dangerous work but as you can see, it can very lucrative for almost no work.
He had a gun for self-defense that he was clearly capable of using - what was he scared of? Should have just beat her up and tried to take the money. Probably would have been convicted of manslaughter in most other states.
He looks like a dumb redneck that got tricked and lost his temper. Should have got some jail-time, for sure.
Here is what happened:
Quote:
Frago went outside where her driver, Christopher Perkins, was waiting. Gilbert came out and confronted Perkins, who told the enraged man that he had hired Frago for 30 minutes of her time, not sex, and that was what he had received. Perkins drove away, when suddenly Frago screamed, “He’s got a gun!” Gilbert fired at the car four times. A bullet struck Frago at the base of the skull, paralyzing her. Months later, she died as the result of the shooting. Gilbert was charged with murder. He admitted that the basic facts I just recounted were true.
Yeah, dude should have been convicted of manslaughter at least. Those people were doing something shady, but not something punishable by death. Thank f-ing god I don't live in Texas.
Sounds like she did not fulfill her side of the business transaction and did not provide a refund.
Shooting is a bit severe but this looks more like a robbery set up.
I'm pretty sure that the sex part of the transaction is only implied, not guaranteed. It was a robbery set up, but in the United States that is not a crime punishable by death or bodily harm. But in Texas, I guess it is.
As I said live is cheap to you. If you will kill somebody over a $150, you will kill somebody for anything. Violence will solve any problem for people like you.
Lol. Let me know how that goes when someone breaks into a loved ones house and does alittle more than just takes objects. How about takes sex from them or their life. Go see Arlington Texas news right now, 2 elderly women have been murdered at their homes this week. Better have a way to stop it other than saying violence is a bad bad thing and please leave my residence. Your just a naive sheep who like I said has never encountered anything bad in their lives and don't know how terrible a human being can be.
Sorry to get off topic, Id like to read more on the case before deciding my opinion in this precedent but definitely early on I am shocked about it.
She was one of those scammers who places hooker ads then rips off potential johns and has the driver/boyfriend for muscle if the john resists the robbery. Very common. "Refusing sex" was her career choice and in this case it ended badly. This is more analogous to a drug ripoff, if anything.
AS IF that's a reason to shoot someone! HELLO!
