Like any law enforcement agency would, the Burnsville Police Department immediately launched an investigation when a suspect recently accused an officer of excessive force for handcuffing him too tightly upon arrest.
Looks unobtrusive enough that it wouldn't hamper the duty of the officer. I think it is a great idea. This protects both the public, and maybe more importantly, the officer putting his life on the line.
