Just to warn you, it's a terrible market for landlords right now, especially with townhouses. The market is just absolutely flooded.

Yes, the market is flooded but you should see some of the crappy rentals out there. A friend has started using Facebook Marketplace to advertise her rentals in the UA area. Maybe this is the next big thing?

I peruse craigslist everyday looking for a rental. I wish I had an alternative but since not all newspapers have their classifieds online free, and it is a hassle to track down all the links for a google search for rentals (I also have carpal tunnel and this is a painful experience to go through all the links only to find garbage) I keep coming back to craigslist. I have found that perusing the forums here, in conjunction with craigslist ads, is being most effective as a renter.
