My father has been applying at TMC for months and never gets a reply. He continues to apply in hopes they will contact him.

He has well over 9 years of managing a network and part of a cell phone network. Has Microsoft certifications and has been managing employees for as long as i've been alive, 27 years to be exact. He also deals with this unix box in some locked room, but i have no idea how extensive his knowledge is on that.

With these details, can anyone give me an idea on where to lead my father to?

I haven't recommended that to my father because they constantly hire then fire massive amounts of people. I want to keep my dad at a stable company.

Oh. A quick search on jobing.com shows 15 IT jobs and monster.com shows 201. Of course you have to weed out the ones on monster that are really "not" IT jobs. I imagine, based on his experience, you would weed others out too.

Is he here in Tucson and working now? It might be more important in this economy to get something in his field and then continue to look later. But I don't know your exact situation, so this may not apply to him.

Have you tried the University of Arizona? https://www.uacareertrack.com/applic...=1234215691156. There's quite a few jobs that may fit your father's skill set.

Also, Maricopa County: Human Resources
